Our darkest bread offering, this hand made sourdough is made with dark malt and a mix of organic, sustainable rye, stoneground, unbleached white flour from our partners at Wholegrain Milling Co in Gunnedah. We’ve sweetened her with black strap molasses, a sprinkle of traditional caraway and the most important ingredient, love.
