Wood Fired Chipotle and Tomato Sauce

Using the residual heat from our wood fired oven, along with Blue Mountains cherry wood and a whole lotta love, our chipotle sauce has a beautiful, smoky flavour of its own!

Delicious with our sausage rolls, fish and chips or for any of your tomato sauce needs!

Ingredients: tomatoes, chipotle chilli, malt vinegar, raw sugar, salt onion, garlic, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, star anise, smoked paprika, salt & love!
